Prathima is an authentic example of this quote. She has proven that hard work and dedication always pay off. Prathima has been an invaluable member of the Fugo Family for 7 years now. She started off diligently in operations and paved her way to HR, where she continues to excel. Prathima has displayed integrity in work and sets high standards for her colleagues. Her straightforwardness and transparency in professional life is really commendable and has definitely helped her way for growth. Her Never say Never attitude makes Prathima unique, as she never shrugs away from taking additional responsibilities. She has been and continues to be an asset to every team that she is a part of.
