Title Examiner
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews title search reports and their documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Verifies that the information in the title search and accompanying documentation is accurate and complete to provide accurate title information into proprietary production database
- Analyze deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages/other security instruments, easements, conditions and restrictions, judgments, tax assessments, mineral reservations, and other applicable instruments
- Prepare professional reports and/or reviews reports for accuracy
- Uses proprietary production software to complete assigned tasks
- Works effectively with both US and Global Operations teams
- Should have worked on minimum of 5-10 states on Current Owner, Two Owner and Full Search and Exam and should have worked on applications like Netronline, Fidlar and Title Point
SKILLSET REQUIRED:
- Should have at least one year experience in FL FULL SEARCH AND EXAM
- Demonstrate ability to consistently meet deadlines and drives for results
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service and team-oriented focus
- Passion for working in a global environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, “start-up” company environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
